Kauai Countdown Has Begun . . .

Well the time is growing ever closer . . . that's right the Little / Crow trip to Kauai. We have already experienced an issue . . . imagine that . . . me having an adventure. Well it seems that the flight that I booked over a year ago has been changed by the airport.

It was a day like any other day. the only exception was that there were suddenly four voice mails on our answering machine regarding a flight change for Joanie Little. Holy Shit what is this . . . Only Joanie was mentioned??? Well as you can imagine when Joanie heard the messages without the mention of Ray, Pam or Dennis, she thought that the only person that was affected was her. I told her that she was right . . . they were having her flying in the luggage compartment . . . not really but by her reaction and panic you would think they were. Unknown to us at the time, there were 12 voice mails on my work phone telling us about the issue for the remaining travelers. As you can imagine "Holy Shit's" and "What The Fuck's" filled the Little Household.

After a lengthy conversation with the representative at Hawaiian Air it was determined that Oakland Airport had changed the departure time of our original flight from the Oakland Airport, which jacked up the connector flight in Honolulu. That's right they have us four travelers . . . now known as the Castaway's . . . now sitting in various seats scattered around the plane. What the Fuck was this all about. I guess that even though I booked the flights over a year ago that doesn't count for SHIT! Well guess again . . . My evil twin "Assbag" showed his ugly head and the representative quickly submitted a seat assignment request on our behalf. She then informed me that we need to call the day before to verify that this request was honored . . . your God Damn Right I will.

We said we wanted an adventure and the fact that we were already experiencing this issue we are on our way to having a great time with great stories. So with this issue looming on the horizon and some preliminary shopping completed . . . which includes matching Hawaiian pattern bucket hats for me and Dennis . . . the Castaways a ready for anything that is thrown our way. So stay tuned for the adventures of the crew of the S.S. Little Crow . . . Mahalo!
